At the sweatshop we believe in results based fitness. This means that there’s no treadmills for you to walk aimlessly on, no machines where you sit down to exercise (we do enough sitting!) or ellipticals to use while you read a book. We want your workouts to work for you. When you come to The Sweatshop, get ready to sweat and see results.

Group Fitness: We offer several Les Mills Group Fitness classes as well as some freestyle programming. Our members range in age from teenagers to seniors and both men and women, which means we have something for everyone. Check out our Les Mills Group Fitness page for more information on those programs. In addition to Les Mills we offer a 60 minute bootcamp that incorporates strength and cardio, and a Senior Fit class that keeps you young at heart!

Small Group Training: Our educated trainers work with you in groups of less than 10 utilizing the latest techniques and equipment including Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Trainers, TRX RIP Trainers, ViPR, Sandbags, Battling Ropes, Medicine Balls and loads more. The trainers get together monthly to put all of our education and skills together to ensure that the programming you’ll be receiving is top notch. Education is important to us, and all of our trainers are certified!

Personal Training: Our trainers will work one on one or 2 on 1 with you to tailor a program to your individual goals. With specialties ranging from pre and post-natal, to rehabilitation to elite athletes, we can ensure that no matter your goals you’re matched with a trainer who will get you there!

Nutritional Guidance: We understand that exercise is only a portion of the journey to wellness and that nutrition is extremely important. We have the tools and education to provide you with guidance and ongoing support when it comes to nutrition. We don’t believe in starving yourself or strict diets that remove everything you love from your life. Instead, we believe in balance and being mindful. We can work with you to review your eating habits, share information about how to eat healthy, and suggest improvements. Food doesn’t have to be a scary subject. We like it too!
